Ruiz Outfitters is located in deep south Texas in the heart of the Magical Rio Grande Valley and is open all year to meet all of your Taxidermy and meat processing needs. Bring us your annual wild game harvest, to your once in a lifetime Trophy. We’ll take care of you!!
Game Processing
We offer wild game and domestic animal processing services. All orders will be quickly processed, vacuum-sealed and labeled ready for your freezer. We use only USDA inspected fresh beef and pork products for processing. Our sausage specialties include regular smoked sausage, cheese, jalapeno, bratwurst, Italian, breakfast , chorizo, summer and our famous jalapeno and cheese summer sausage. We guarantee that what you bring in is what you will get back!
Taxidermy
Here at Ruiz Outfitters we take pride in our work! The utmost care is taken for each harvest upon arrival. Our taxidermists Robert and Victoria have many years of experience and will ensure that your Trophy mount will be completed with highly skilled superior craftsmanship in a professional and timely manner. That Trophy will forever remind you of your great hunt so you can share that story with family and friends for many years to come.
